A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 17, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months in the Incheon District Court due to intrusion into a structure at night, larceny, etc., and on September 24, 2009, on October 27, 2010, in the same court, one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc.; on November 19, 2015, one year and two years of imprisonment with prison labor for intrusion into a structure at night; and on May 3, 2016, two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the same court; and on September 12, 2016, the execution of the last sentence was completed.
[Criminal facts]
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
A. On September 3, 2017, at around 02:16, the Defendant: (a) opened a first floor of D church located in Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City; (b) entered into the church; (c) went through and intrudes into the entrance door of the wood conference support room on the fourth floor; and (d) cut off the money and valuables of approximately KRW 3,050,000 in cash owned by the victim E, which is kept in the west and the above, (e.g., USD 90,00 in Korean currency); (c) USD 80,000 in cash owned by the victim E; and (d) KRW 2,00,000 in self-check of the check; and (e) KRW 4,150,000 in cash in the said place; and (e) cut off the money and valuables of KRW 4,150,000 in shopping bags.
B. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant came to G church located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F, opened a locked door and intruded into the 2nd floor office, and cut off money of 220,000 won in cash within the bank owned by the victim H, 1, 3, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 2, 100 won in market price contained in 2,000,000 won in our physical card.

On November 26, 2017, at around 11:42, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up and intruded into a defective door among the fourth floors; and (b) intruded into the victim’s K, within the bank owned by the Defendant, 50,000 won in cash; (c) a Saemaul Treasury Card; (d) a new credit card; and (e) a Kakao Bank Card.
