On November 12, 2012, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a car car at B knife in the section of approximately 2k 490 km in the south-Eup, Nam-gu, Namyang-gu, Namyang-gu, Seoul, with alcohol level of 0.057% under the influence of alcohol level.
