Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving freight B.

1. Around December 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (if the Defendant was involved in an accident), driving of the above cargo vehicles around 35, 2013, and driving on the street in front of 649-2, the south-Eup, the Nam-gu, Hanyang-si, the South-do, at the port of the Hanyang Hospital, would drive one lane between the two lanes.
