Text

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in the middle of July 2017, committed the crime, on July 201, opened a studio 101 in which the victim D resides in Yansan-gu, Seoul at around 20:30, on July 2017, and stolen two b0,000 won of the victim’s house located in the room by intrusioning into the victim’s house.

2. The crime committed on October 12, 2017;

A. On October 12, 2017, at around 19:39 around 19:39, the Defendant invadedd the same method as paragraph (1) at the same place, and stolen it with the victim’s property worth KRW 77,000, total market price of KRW 27,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000.
