A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 7, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the above department store “E” stores through the entrance of the first floor security room after the closure store in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and in D, after the closure store, at around 21:00, the Defendant 41,000 won in the market price owned by the victim F.

In 200 won, cosmetics equivalent to the total market value of 218,000 won, such as a marging 1,000 won in the market value, and x-raying equivalent to the market value of 110,000 won in the market value, are taken out.

2. The defendant 1 infringed on the above department store's 'G' stores in the same manner at the same time in a day-to-day location as above 1. paragraph 1., and in the warehouse, the defendant 1 laid out cosmetics equivalent to the total market price of 94,000 won, including one night-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-time-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type

3. On June 11, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the above department store “I” cosmetics stores in the same manner at the same place as the above 1.1.m., and then cut out cosmetics worth KRW 162,000, total market price of KRW 20,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 34,000, the victim J in the U.S., and KRW 52,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 52,00,000, in the U.S.

4. On the same day as above 3.3. Around 20:28, at the same place as above 1.28, the Defendant intrudes into the above department store's 'G' cosmetics store in the same manner, and in the warehouse, the Defendant take out cosmetics equivalent to the total market price of 54,000 won, such as a physical Hand Hand Hand Hand Hand kbling at the market price equivalent to KRW 27,00,000, in the market price of the victim H, and a cosmetics equivalent to the total market price of KRW 27,000,000.
