A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On January 12, 2014, around 18:00, the Defendant driven a 2km car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 2 km from 134-7 to 42-8, Dong-gu, Daegu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong

B. On January 29, 2014, around 12:26, the Defendant: (a) driven a Dok-C motor vehicle in the section of approximately 3 km from the Dok-dong-gu, Daegu-dong-dong-ro 42-8 to the Do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu

Nevertheless, the Defendant refused to put the whole in a drinking measuring instrument, and failed to comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.
