1. Defendant A

A. Violation of Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) ① On December 1, 2017, the Defendant operated the said B bus without a vehicle driver’s license from the Han River parking lot located in the Han River Station located in the 622-3, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, 68, the same Si-Gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul-ro, 97, a new Si-Gu, through the Han River Station, to the Han River Station, again via the Han River Station, and without a vehicle driver’s license.

② On December 7, 2017, the Defendant operated the said B bus without a driver’s license through the roads from the Han-gu parking lot in the front of the Han-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the Han-gu, the Han-gu, the Sinsan-si, which was located in the 622-3 Sinsan-si, to the Han-gu, the Han-gu, the Sinsan-si.

③ On December 12, 2017, the Defendant operated the instant B bus without a driver’s license from the previous station parking lot located in Ansan-si, 622-3, the 68-ro from the previous station parking lot in the same city to the previous station parking lot in the same city group 68-ro, the 97-ro, Sinsan-ro, the Sinsan-si.

④ On December 14, 2017, the Defendant operated the instant B bus without a driver’s license from the previous station parking lot located in Ansan-si, 622-3, the Han River No. 68-ro, Sinsan-ro, 68-ro, Sinsan-ro, 97. The Defendant again operated the instant B bus without a driver’s license, from the previous station parking lot located in Ansan-si, the Han River No. 622-3, to the previous station parking lot in the same city.

⑤ On December 16, 2017, the Defendant operated the B bus without a driver’s license from the former parking lot in front of the Han-gu, Ansan-si, 622-3, to the former parking lot in front of the Han-gu, Pyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, via the front road in front of the Han-gu, Pyeong-si.

6. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from the previous parking lot located in the Gu of Ansan-si 622-3, the mountain of the same Si members No. 68 from the Gu of Dong-gu 68 to the same Gu of Dong-gu.
