Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven B-blades car at approximately 10 km sections from the lelet parking lot to the front roads of the Western-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong.

1. Application of the statutes on the register of driver's licenses;

1. Relevant Article of the Act on Criminal Facts and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, which choose the penalty for a crime;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
