A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall order the completion of child abuse treatment programs for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2011, the Defendant married with the father D of the victim C (Y, current 12 years of age) and the mother of the victim, and provided the victim with protection, rearing, and education as the mother of the victim.

On February 201, the Defendant abused the victim physically by forcing him to put the victim's face in the toilet bath water on his hand on the ground that the victim (the third-year-old-old-year-old-year-old-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child

In addition, from around 2011 to February 2016, the Defendant habitually abused the body of a child who is his/her guardian or physically abused the physical health and development of his/her body over 21 times in total by means of the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
