The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From March 24, 2015 to March 26, 2015, the Defendant was guiding and supervising the representative land players of the D military who participated in the Gyeongcheon-gun Juvenile Games held in the Gyeongcheon-do Juvenile Games from March 24, 2015, and at the time, the victim E (11 tax) was selected as the representative land players of the D military.

On March 25, 2015, the Defendant, while waiting for food in G cafeteria located in the Gyeongbukbuk F, committed an indecent act by force on the part of the injured party’s gynasium, flavating the victim’s sound landscape by hand, flavating him/her under 13 years of age.
