Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the professor of J University Industrial Design Department at the window of Changwon-si, the professor of K University Product Engineering and the professor of K University in Busan High-gu, the defendant C is the professor of L University Cho Jin-gu in Busan High-si, the defendant D is the professor of K University Design Department in Busan High-gu, and the defendant E is the professor of M University Art University in Busan High-gu.

N is a representative director who exercises overall control over the affairs of N corporation for the purpose of producing a real model, and P is a manager who takes charge of the business of P corporation.

1. On April 2017, Defendant A was selected as a R of the bid “ Qu” bid ordered by the Seocho-si Kim Jong-si, and was in charge of evaluating the proposal.

On April 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received an illegal solicitation from P that “low-income bracket participated in the said bidding because low-income bracket participated in the bidding”; and (b) granted the highest points to P Co., Ltd. in the said bidding proposal conducted in the 2nd evaluation room of the 3rd underground floor of Daejeon Daejeon Government Office building on the same day; and (c) accordingly, upon the selection of P Co., Ltd. as a priority negotiation object, the Defendant received a cash of KRW 3 million from P under the said P as the honorarium.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 3 million won in receipt of an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties as a person who administers another's business.

2. On May 2017, Defendant B was selected as a R member of the “T” bid ordered at the early laman on May 2017, and had Defendant B take charge of the evaluation of the said bid proposal.

On May 4, 2017, the Defendant received an illegal solicitation that “the low-income level has given a high score in the low-income proposal because he participated in the above bidding” from P who was ordered by N in Busan-gu U and the Defendant’s laboratory around Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and the Defendant’s office.” As such, the Defendant paid KRW 3 million in cash as a honorarium.
