A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from the early May 2019 to June 12, 2019, operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of "F" on the lease of the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si Btel C, D, and E. G from June 5, 2019 to June 12, 2019. From June 5, 2019 to December 12, 2019, he/she was recruited to operate the said business establishment by employing a female employee as a male customer and allowing him/her to engage in sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse.

The Defendant and G, in accordance with the foregoing conspiracy, from May 5, 2019 to June 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from the early police officer of the Defendant; (b) from June 5, 2019 to June 12, 2019 to the foregoing establishment; (c) from many unspecified customers, the Defendant received KRW 8-180,00 from an unspecified number of customers; and (d) from female employees, the Defendant and G had them perform sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse with male customers; and (e) paid the said employees a half of the amount of KRW 4-90,00.

Accordingly, the defendant and G conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

No person of "200 Highest 1972" shall employ any foreigner who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from May 12, 2019 to June 12, 2019, operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of Kimpo-si Btel C, D, and E, "F," and employed I and J as an employee of sexual traffic.

As a result, the defendant employed two foreigners who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.
