1. On April 17, 2018, around 17:40 on April 17, 2018, the Defendant discovered the waste strings in front of the Busan Geum-gu Cridge, where the name cannot be known, and discovered the waste strings in front of the Busan Geum-gu, Busan, the Defendant caused public danger by setting the waste strings into the waste strings by using the strings prepared in advance, making the waste strings, and continuously making the strings by attaching fire to the waste strings located in the front of the D’s house, and making the strings, by setting the fire in the same way as the waste strings located in the front of the D’s house.

On April 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 06:35, on April 23, 2018, at the front of the house located in F of the Geum-gu Busan, the Defendant destroyed the property owned by the said victim’s owner in a narrow sloping where a house is concentrated by attaching a fire to a stringer, which was prepared in advance to the victim G, located in the front of the house located in F of the Geum-gu Busan, and caused public danger.
4. On April 25, 2018, around 09:15, around April 25, 2018, the Defendant discovered an abandoned shotle at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2. On April 25, 2018, and caused a fire by setting fire in the same way, thereby causing public danger.
5. On May 1, 2018, around 13:20 on May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered an abandoned shotle in front of the International Course H located in the Geum-gu, Busan; and (b) by attaching a fire in the same way so as to make it short to the fire length, such as explosion, etc., in a narrow sloping where a house is concentrated, and caused a fire to cause public danger.
6. The Defendant committed on June 2, 2018.
