[criminal power] On July 15, 201, the Defendant, at the Seoul Southern District Court, sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for an indecent act by compulsion, damage to property, and crime of interference with business, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on December 28, 2012.

1. Interference with business;

A. From 00:00 on December 2, 2013 to 00:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) entered into the Ecarbook in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the operation of the victim D (Woo, 51 years old); (b) “I will have an employee, engage in illegal business; (c) I will not engage in illegal business; and (d) I will leave the disturbance with a large sound so that customers may not enter, thereby obstructing the victim’s business by force.”

B. At around 01:00 on March 201, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business operation by force of approximately 20 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as “I would make two female employees not to engage in the business by making a fluoral, fluoral, fluoral, and fluoral report.”

C. At around 02:00 on April 201, 2014, the Defendant stated that “an illegal business patrol has been conducted” to the victim, and obstructed the victim’s business operations by force by avoiding disturbance, such as “this is an issue of having been done, .... inside the inside... one is a year equal to a bit of a bitch bitch...”

At around 02:00 on May 2014, the Defendant: “Around 02:00, the Defendant was unable to engage in the business of the victim at a time. It is a place where it is engaged in illegal business. It is not possible to do so. We have to do so.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s business by force between about 10 minutes by avoiding disturbance by large sound.”
