1. On June 19, 2014, Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court (Seoul District Court Decision 2008Hun-Ga108) rendered red support among the Plaintiff and the Defendants.

1. The fact of recognition was determined as a successful bidder on March 11, 2014 by participating in the competitive bidding conducted by the Red-gun for the improvement of the village environment ( retaining walls) construction (hereinafter “instant construction”).

On March 11, 2014, Defendant Pap Development transferred to the Plaintiff the instant claim for the construction cost of Defendant Pap Development with respect to the Hongsung-gun for the instant construction project and the total additional amount (hereinafter “instant claim for the construction cost”). On the same day, Defendant Pap Development notified the instant claim for the assignment to the Hong-gun as a certified fixed date and sent the said notification to the Hong-gun on March 12, 2014.

On March 13, 2014, Defendant Sung-gun entered into a contract for construction cost of 25,374,930 won and construction period from March 17, 2014 to May 15, 2014 with respect to the instant construction work.

Since then, the defendant National Health Insurance Corporation, the Korea Biocom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Biocom"), and the Republic of Korea received the seizure and collection order, etc. of the instant claim for the construction cost as to the instant claim for construction cost, and the details thereof are as follows.
