The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 200, the Defendant left Canada and entered the Republic of Korea with an illegal stay in the U.S.A.A., and had been willinged to forge the document proving the amount of income with the “D” for the purpose of obtaining a visa from the U.S. Embassy on December 26, 2000.

1. On December 200, the Defendant of an official document forgery: “A”, “F”, “F”, “F”, “F”, “F”, “A”, “I”, “G”, “G”, “G”, and “H”, “H”, and “G”, “business registration number column in the business operator’s name column,” and “15,19,743”, and “18,898” in the total amount of each tax office column in the column of each tax office.

On December 12, 2000, the official seal of the head of the dispatching tax office (person) was affixed to the "the head of the dispatching tax office (person)", and the official seal was affixed to the head of the dispatching tax office.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the name of "D", forged a certificate of income under the name of the head of the dispatching tax office, which is a public document, without authority, for the purpose of uttering.

2. Around 11:00 on December 14, 200, the Defendant submitted a copy of a forged income certificate to the Embassy staff who was aware of the forgery in order to obtain tourism visa issuance at the counter of the application for documents by the U.S. Embassy staff in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu 82, as above, as if it were a document duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised forged official documents.
