Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 24, 2013, Defendant A: (a) around 00:25, at “D” house located in Busan Yan-gu, Busan Yando; (b) the time was that the Defendant was completed from the owner of the said fat house while drinking alcohol with B at the above fat house; and (c) upon receipt of a 112 report from customers, the Defendant continued to do so by the victim G on the ground that he was a police officer belonging to the Busan Haan Police Station E-gu, Busan Haan Police Station, and the victim’s fat, a police officer belonging to the victim, who was called to go home, and the victim’s fat, who was able to go home to go home. However, during the victim’s surveillance, the Defendant continued to perform the fat house’s fatching, not the young fatch, a civil stick, but the fatt will to put the fat house to the victim.”

At the time and place of the foregoing paragraph, Defendant B, as seen in the foregoing paragraph, she drinked with the foregoing Party A, and, upon 112 report, Defendant B, a police officer affiliated with the Busan District E District of the Busan District Police Station E District, expressed his intent to publicly insult the victim by “Isn't drink fat with the money inside the front part of the front part of the front part of the back part of the back part of the Defendant, for the reason that the Victim F, who was a police officer affiliated with the Busan District E District of the Busan District Police Station E District, she used her home homebry.”
