A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On May 1, 2013, at around 07:27, the Defendant’s insultd the victims by publicly insulting the victims by saying, “A police officer, who belongs to the E-gu Police Station in the Mapo-dong Police Station E-gu, Busan, who is a police officer of the victim F, victims G, and the victim H, who was dispatched after receiving 112 reports, from five persons, including the main shop owners, employees, and customers.”

2. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by assaulting the Defendant at the E-district parking lot of the Mapo-dong Police Station E-district in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, which is located in I for the purpose of the investigation of the instant case, on the part of the slopeJ belonging to the Msan-dong Police Station E- Zone, which intends to make the Defendant go to the said E- Zone, on two occasions, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to criminal investigations.

On May 21, 2013, the Defendant: around 04:10 on May 21, 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found K (n, 55 years old) for the owner of the business located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened the entrance for the reason that the victim would return to the end of his business; (c) opened the entrance; (d) opened the entrance for the reason that the victim would return to the end of his business; and (d) opened the entrance by drinking the door; and (e) continuously damaged the light by continuously cutting down one sign at the market price in the main entrance.
