2. On the other hand, the defendant does not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the plaintiff, so it is deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 508,562,509 won and 506,697,259 won among them at a rate of 8% per annum under the agreed interest rate from July 26, 2019 to October 6, 2019, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
