2. On the other hand, the defendant does not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the plaintiff, so it is deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 54,070,000 won and the amount calculated by applying each rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from October 3, 2018 to November 5, 2018, which is the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint (an application for payment order), and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
