1. The Defendant’s KRW 284,083,852 and KRW 281,024,498 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 10% per annum from February 23, 2018 to March 8, 2018.

1. The cause of the claim shall be as shown in the Appendix of the Director;

(However, among the description of the cause of the claim, the creditor and the debtor A shall be deemed the defendant.

2. However, since the defendant does not clearly dispute the plaintiff's assertion, it is deemed that the defendant led to confession of the cause of claim pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 284,083,852 won and 281,024,498 won among them with 10% interest rate per annum from February 23, 2018 to March 8, 2018, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case (an application for payment order) from February 23, 2018, and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
