At around 02:32 on July 17, 2018, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on three occasions by using a camera or other device equipped with similar functions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time until July 25, 2018, under the name of a female victim on the upper south-dong street of Changwon-gu, Sungwon-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, the 2018.

2. 피고인은 2018. 10. 29. 15:55경 창원시 성산구 D아파트 E동 근처에서 교복치마를 입고 걸어가는 피해자 F(가명, 여, 14세)를 발견하고 휴대전화에 내장된 카메라의 동영상을 켠 다음 피해자를 따라가 위 아파트 E동 1층 엘리베이터 앞에 이르러 피해자의 뒤쪽으로 다가가 치마 아래로 휴대전화를 들이밀어 허벅지 부위를 동영상으로 촬영하여, 성적 욕망 또는 수치심을 유발할 수 있는 다른 사람의 신체를 그 의사에 반하여 촬영하였다.
