A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 640"
1. Larceny;
A. On January 1, 2014, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) set up a soup “D” book with the “D”; (b) the victim E, using a cresh, destroyed the victim’s market price owned by the victim’s head, at approximately KRW 800,000,000; and (c) the victim E, using one cresh, stolen the victim’s smartphone.
B. Around 06:40 on February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) used the PC room in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and the second floor; (b) used the gap in which the victim H, an employee, was placed to clean up; (c) used two new cards owned by the victim, which the victim opened on his/her front line; and (d) one half cards in the market price of KRW 120,000,000, which contain one resident registration certificate.
C. On March 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, at the “J Doro” surface room located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu I and 7, and (b) around 20,00 won in cash owned by the victim’s head; (c) around 0,000 won in cash owned by the victim’s head; (d) 4 credit cards; and (e) one half of half of the market price in which one resident registration certificate is included.
2. On February 20, 2014, around 01:40 on February 20, 201, the Defendant attempted fraud.
In the “G” room operated by the victim L in the statement, the employer showed the same attitude to pay the PC usage fee to H. employees.
However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the fee, even if he was provided with the PC, because the Defendant did not have any money or credit card at the time.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the above H, did not pay approximately 4,00 won for five hours after being provided with the seat PC No. 81 in the above PC from H, and thereby, did not pay an amount equivalent to the above PC. Moreover, the Defendant’s pecuniary advantage from around that time to March 8, 2014, obtained a total of 21,400 won, such as the list of crimes, and obtained a total of four times from around that time to March 23, 2014, and intended to receive two packages of tobacco equivalent to 5,400 won.
