Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspension of execution for fraud in the Suwon District Court Pyeongtaek Housing Site, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 3, 2014.

around 23:00 on January 29, 2014, the Defendant entered the “DPC bank” operated by the injured party C in the Gangnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, in order to pay the fee even if using the PC, and requested the above worker E to pay the fee.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the above E, used the PC for about 11 hours in the above PC room, did not pay KRW 13,200, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to the above amount.

1. Around 08:00 on January 24, 2014, the Defendant entered the “HPC bank operated by the injured party G in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the basis of the following attitude: (a) even if using the PC, the Defendant had the same attitude to pay the fee, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the fee; and (b) requested the said injured party to find the job.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, used the PC from the above bank to 16:20 on the same day, and did not pay 11,200 won for the use of the PC, thereby acquiring the same pecuniary benefit.

2. Around 08:00 on January 29, 2014, the Defendant entered the “KPC operated by the Victim J in Donam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the basis of the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the fee despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the fee even when using the PC, and requested the said PC employees L to find the job.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving L, used the PC from the above bank to the 18:57 day on the same day, and did not pay 10,900 won, thereby acquiring the same amount of pecuniary benefits.
