A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. When Defendant A came to know that the victim B owned a water-obsky (one name “Tki”), Defendant A expressed that he will steals it, and that on February 5, 2015, Defendant A consented to the use of “A, in a non-fluorous place, where he knows that he would have received money from B, and that he would bring about B’s water-obscky because he did not receive money. All responsibilities were known to and had a person inside, so that he could move the water-obsky from the water-obscky to another vehicle in the water-obscky.” The Defendant agreed to the use of “A, in a non-fluoral place, she will drive in lieu of a driver’s license.”

On February 6, 2015, at around 02:35, the Defendant, along with C on February 6, 2015, continued to be in the water d's market value equivalent to KRW 18 million in the market value, which is the victim's possession, set up in front of Sinpo City D, and in the F l's market value equivalent to KRW 2,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated;

At around 02:15 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant’s mind to commit the crime as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), and around 02:15 on the front and rear number plates of the Defendant’s Gschton car parked behind H in the front and rear end of the Gschton car, making it difficult to identify the registration license plate, and operated the said car.
