A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, from March 1, 2016 to April of the same month, the Defendant: (a) attached a PVC plate (30 cm, length 15 cm) on the number plate on the front of Dexton vehicle in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration license plate by parking it.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by making it difficult to identify the registration number plate of a motor vehicle.
