The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is CT 100 U.S. holders.

No person shall operate any automobile other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on which the mandatory insurance is not subscribed, on roads.

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on June 9, 2016, the Defendant operated a mine apartment located in 100-9, Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong-ro, 30-9, with approximately 700 meters away from the front road of the mine apartment to the new bank of Daegu-gu, 4,000-dong-dong, Daegu-dong, Daegu-do, to the front road of the 48-dong branch.

2. No person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate intentionally nor make it illegible;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place of the statement in Paragraph 1, had a damaged number plate attached even though he knows that the above license plate was damaged, making it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
