Any person who intends to store goods within a green area, control area or natural environment conservation area prescribed by Presidential Decree for at least one month (hereinafter referred to as "development activities") shall obtain permission from the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun.
