A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 26, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.11% in blood without obtaining a driver’s license on December 26, 2015, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle in the E from the front day of the Bapo-dong located in Daejeon Sung-dong to the front day of “D” located in the same Gu C.

2. At the time and around the day specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document was demanded by F, a police officer, who belongs to the Daejeon U.S. Police Station, who controlled driving under the foregoing “D,” to put the driver’s license on drinking and to present the driver’s license. The Defendant presented the Defendant’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Daejeon District Police Agency, a public document, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.

3. The Defendant, such as a private electronic record, entered the Defendant’s resident registration number of G in the electronic PDA machine in which the police officer F recorded the Defendant’s blood alcohol measurement measurements at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and demanded the Defendant to sign the Defendant. For the purpose of conducting administrative affairs, the Defendant entered G’s signature in the signature column of the pertinent PDA, and exercised the notice of the results of drinking driving control, which is an electronic record for verifying facts, on the electronic record of the signature column of the pertinent PDA, and sent the relevant notice to the police network.

4. The Defendant forged a private document, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and at the same time and place, submitted a statement on the circumstances of the driver at the State, a statement of cancellation of driver’s license, and a prior notice of cancellation of driver’s license to the police officer, without authority, signed and used the document as G in each document’s name, and signed by G in each document’s name and affixed his/her name, thereby forging the statement on the circumstances of the driver at the State in the name of G, a written statement of cancellation of driver’s license, a written statement of cancellation of driver’s license, and a prior notice of cancellation of driver’s license.
