1. On September 11, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 20:42, the Defendant driven the Bone Starsch in the section of about five kilometers around the roads near the “Seoul-dong” located in the same Do as the “Seoul-dong” in the Jeju-do while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.198%.

2. On September 11, 2013, the Defendant who forged a private document or carried out the aforementioned investigation document was punished for drinking driving, and when he was under influence of alcohol, the Defendant expressed his knowledge of the Defendant’s type C resident registration number as if he were C, and submitted his signature to E in the inquiry report as a result of the crackdown on drinking driving, the signature column of the driver in the inquiry report, the driver’s name column of the state driver’s statement statement, the statement column of the written statement, and the person who made a statement in the confirmation column of the driver’s license revocation disposition, respectively, and submitted the above C’s signature to E in the letter of confirmation of the driver’s license revocation disposition.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) made an inquiry about the driver’s signature among the results of regulating drinking driving under C’s name, which is a private document evidencing facts for the purpose of uttering; (b) made a statement among the statement statement on the driver’s circumstances; and (c) forged the confirmation column among the notice prior to the revocation of driver’s license; and (d) exercised the forged documents respectively.

On December 4, 2012, 2012, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 794,” committed as if he were to pay money from the Victim G (Min, 29 years old) located in F at Jeju on December 4, 2012, and deceiving the victim by ordering the drinking and massage, and by deceiving the victim, he received delivery from the victim of the 3.10,000 won of the market price.
