Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On June 25, 2018, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendant A expressed that he/she will operate a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “D” in the north-gu Office of Port and Port C, and that on February 2019, Defendant B, who is a scambling partner, was in charge of the said business establishment’s weekly cambling service, and Defendant B accepted Defendant A’s receipt of KRW 1,200,000 per month, and Defendant A conspired to conduct a sexual traffic brokerage business by managing women and funds of the said business establishment, and Defendant B, by guiding customers.
The Defendants conspired to operate a sexual traffic business place with the trade name "D" in the north-gu Seoul at the port of port. Defendant A, from June 25, 2018 to June 24, 2019, Defendant B, from February 2019 to June 24, 2019, and Defendant B, from February 2019 to June 24, 2019, had sexual traffic women E, F, G, etc. receive 30,000 to 120,000 won at one time, and had them do sexual intercourse and sexual intercourse with male customers on their names, thereby mediating sexual traffic.
