A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused as referred to in subparagraphs 3 through 13 and 17.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Megatop cam (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On October 27, 2020, around 13:30 on October 27, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphonephones by attaching approximately 0.3g of philophones to the lower part of the back of the front cover of the guidance sign support for the “ex-owner” at the entrance of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul apartment parking lot for Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On November 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 180,00 from E F in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D the price of KRW 180,000; and (b) purchased and sold 0.4g of philophones.

피고인은 위챗을 통하여 불상자에게 필로폰을 판매하기로 하고 알 리 페이( 쯔푸 바 오) 로 대금 2,000위안( 한화 33만 원 상당) 을 송금 받은 후 2020. 12. 1. 19:46 경 서울 금천구 G, 3 층 소화기 밑에 H으로 하여금 필로폰 약 0.8g 을 숨겨 놓게 한 후 위 불상자에게 그 위치를 알려주어 필로폰을 찾아가게 하는 방법으로 필로폰을 매매하였다.

On December 1, 2020, the Defendant remitted the price of 1,200 Mesopha to H (e.g., tsunami 210,00 won) to H on December 1, 2020, and then purchased and sold a philophone 0.8ghon on December 1, 2020, which is contained in a plastic bag hidden by H from the bottom of the stairs of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu I, and the 1st underground floors.

2. On December 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) put the opon medication into the glass pipe of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J and K on December 1, 2020; (b) put about approximately 0.2g of the opon into the opon; (c) opened the opon as soon as possible through the copon; and (d) administered the opon in a way that the opon was closed.

3. On December 2, 2020, the Defendant holding a penphone is a method of inserting 0.72g grophones contained in vinyl in front of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and keeping 0.06g grophones contained in vinyl packs in wallets.
