Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the port branch of the Daegu District Court (Seoul District Court) on two years and ten months, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 16, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant: (a) discovered a victim’s DNA ownership motor vehicle parked on the backway near north-gu C at a port on March 5, 2016; (b) opened a door by means of cutting off the locker of driver’s seat; and (c) opened a door by means of scaming it; and (d) removed the locker from the victim’s wall box in grbbbing, with cash owned by the victim; (b) KRW 60,000; and (c) KRW 40,000,00 in total, with property of KRW 260,000,000 in the market price; and (d) failed to remove the locker from or remove the locker in the way of cutting off the drbing motor vehicle’s hand, etc. from the point to April 16, 2016; and (d) did not destroy or damage the locker’s 40,000 won in cash by means of cutting off the locker’s seat.

2. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim Fstnae 3 vehicles parked near south-gu E at around 01:00 to around 02:00; (b) removed and broken down the rear seat window on the side of the back seat, the market price of which cannot be known due to the loss of the victim, which was prepared in advance, to steal the money and valuables of the victim in question; and (c) then, from that time until April 16, 2016, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property by cutting off the window on 34 occasions, which is smaller than the rear seat of the vehicle, from among the list of crimes in the attached Form No. 5 to April 16, 2016.
