A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 10, 20 each shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for robbery, etc. at the Daegu District Court on February 7, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 29, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Special larceny;

A. On November 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was at the victim D’s house located in Daegu Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, around 19:00; (b) was at the victim D’s house; (c) was at the victim’s windowper knife and intruded; and (d) was at the victim’s market price located in a large room, which was at least KRW 600,000,000, and was at the expense of KRW 1050,000,000 in total, market price.

B. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 17:46 around 17:46, in the Daegu Suwon-gu E, the Victim F’s house; (b) drick-gu, the Defendant: (c) dracked and intruded the windows of the main kitchen glass with Dracker’s hand; (d) 1,262,00 won in total; (c) 1,262,00 won in the market price on the following bank; and (d) 4 grick-gu, and grick-gu.

On December 18, 2016, at around 19:20 on December 18, 2016, the Defendant collected the victim H’s house located in Daegu Northern-gu G, Daegu-gu, and caused the dratian knicking of its windows, with one cash 13.8 million won in the inside bank, and 5 million won in the market price, and stolen the property worth KRW 18.8 million in the aggregate of the market price.

2. At night, on December 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the entrance door of the victimJ located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) cut off property worth KRW 4,30,000,000 in total at the market price of 1,80,000,000,000 in a small room; (c) one fals; (d) one fals; (d) one fals in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 in the market price; (e) 0.5 0,000,000 in the market price; (e) woman-only cream cosmetics; (e) 80,000,000 won in the market price; and (e) 20,000,000,000 won in the market price.

3. On November 29, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, following the opening of and intrusion upon the main window at the location of the victim L in Daegu Suwon-gu K around 20:00 on November 29, 201.
