A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 24, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) entered B’s resident registration number and personal information in the column of the applicant for subscription to the cards in Chuncheon City; and (b) signed B’s name at the bottom thereof.

The Defendant, for the purpose of uttering as such, forged a private document 11 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, including forging a letter of application for subscription to a cards in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (1), sent a forged application for the subscription of a card to C, who is aware of the forgery, as described in paragraph (1), as if the document was a document duly formed.

The Defendant, as such, exercised one copy of the application for subscription of a falsified card, respectively, and exercised consolation documents 11 times in total as shown in the attached list of crimes, including the use of one copy.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall use another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

Nevertheless, the Defendant stated “D”, which is the resident registration number B, in the application form for a lot card, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) as stated in paragraph (1).

In addition to the unlawful use of B’s resident registration number, the Defendant unlawfully used B’s resident registration number at least seven times in total, as indicated in Nos. 1-3, 6, 8, 10-11 of the annexed crime sight table.
