Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was working at a “D” mobile phone sales agency located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, for the Defendant to file an application for mobile phone entry in the name of E using a copy of the resident registration certificate purchased on the Internet.

1. On January 28, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated the name column of the mobile phone application form in the “E”, “F”, and “E” in the applicant column as a test color pen; and (b) signed E on the name of the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written application for joining a mobile phone in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) delivered one copy of the application for subscription to the mobile phone in the name of E, a private document forged as above, to G, who is an employee of the said “D”, as if they were duly formed.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (1), unlawfully used another’s resident registration number by attaching an image output of the E’s resident registration certificate known in advance through the Internet while submitting the forged application for joining the mobile phone at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (2).
