1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on February 27, 2016 is limited to the Plaintiff’s automobile indicated in the attached list.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On July 15, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, at the time of maintaining a marital life, purchased automobiles listed in the separate sheet in the Plaintiff’s name (hereinafter “instant automobiles”), and thereafter, the Plaintiff and the Defendant were divorced by law.

B. Although the Defendant, only in the name of ownership of the instant vehicle, was entrusted to the Plaintiff and actually operated the said vehicle, taxes and fines for negligence related to the operation of the instant vehicle are imposed on the Plaintiff.

C. Accordingly, the above title trust was terminated through the service of the copy of the instant complaint against the Defendant, and the instant lawsuit was instituted in order to seek the acceptance of the transfer registration procedure on the instant automobile, which was based on the termination of the above title trust.
