1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on July 16, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

After the registration of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff, the Defendant did not pay the automobile tax and other taxes while operating the said automobile, and did not pay the fine for negligence due to the violation, and made payment notice and attachment notification
Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit in order to transfer the ownership of the said vehicle under the name of the Plaintiff to the Defendant.
2. A judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208(3) of the same Act) calls for the acquisition of transfer registration procedures based on the cancellation of title trust on December 31, 2012. However, on December 31, 2012, the cancellation of title trust was made on July 16, 2016, on the date when the title trust was made and the date when the copy of the instant complaint was served on the Defendant. As such, the acquisition of transfer registration procedures based on the cancellation of title trust as of July 16, 2016 is ordered.
