Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 11:00 on February 10, 2013 to around 12:30 on the same day, the Defendant stolen: (a) at the “Ccafeteria” located in Pyeongtaek-si B; (b) at the victim D, who did drinking alcohol, laid down one 150,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, by inserting his/her hand on the fluor’s lock, and inserting his/her hand on the part of another victim; (c) one car registration certificate; (d) one car driver’s license; and (e) one car driver’s license; and (e) one 5,000 won in the market price, which includes one fluoral debit card (E); and (e) one fluort.

2. On February 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 20:20 on the H convenience store located in Pyeongtaek-si, and (b) even if the Defendant was not the lawful user of the post office debit card, as in paragraph (1) on February 10, 2013, by deceiving the victim I, a business owner, by using the post office debit card, and by inducing the victim I to make payment by using the post office debit card; (b) one of the biochemical chips, one of the theft chips, one of the theft chips, and one of the theft chips, and the use of the stolen debit card from February 23:52 until February 2013, 2013.
