A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On August 2, 2015, around 01:44, the Defendant: (a) opened a “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) invaded into the restaurant, and then stolen KRW 400,000 in cash in the Kitter’s treasury.

B. On November 27, 2015, around 02:44, the Defendant: (a) opened a “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) invaded into the restaurant, and then stolen the cash amounting to KRW 400,000 in the Kitter’s treasury.

On December 5, 2015, around 03:34, the Defendant: (a) opened a “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) intruded into the restaurant; and (c) stolen cash of KRW 140,000,000, which was entered in the knter’s treasury and the knter’s treasury.

2. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) around 02:07, when the entrance was opened at the N main points operated by the victim M of the victim L in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) when the entrance was opened, the Defendant did not commit an attempted theft on the back of the said establishment and the material storage knife, but on the wind with no door.

3. On December 16, 2015, at the parking lot of the building located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, between around 03:05 and around 05:14, the Defendant: (a) stolen, with a 19,150 won in cash, in which the victim was parked, opened a white class of 1 ton and opened a truck driver’s seat and kept in the far margin.
