Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A From April 2012, a person who operated a livestock product dealer in the name of “E” in Incheon Seo-gu, Incheon. Defendant B is a person who operated a livestock product dealer in the trade name of “F” from June 2012. Defendant C is a person who operated a livestock product dealer in the trade name of “G” from July 2012 to “G” in the same place.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person shall store the livestock products for sale, the expiration date marked on which has passed;

Nevertheless, on April 30, 2013, the Defendant kept 24 km (10 days from the date of manufacture: 10 days from the date of manufacture) in the said E warehouse after the expiration of the distribution period for sale.

(b) No person shall store livestock products for sale without proper marks, such as expiration dates and freezing storage marks, in accordance with the notification determined by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety;

Nevertheless, on April 30, 2013, the Defendant kept 7kg of beef by-products, 7kg of beef by-products, and 3kg of swine scrapers without the time limit for sale, in the said E warehouse.

(c) A person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall report to the head of the competent authority;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the head of the competent authority from April 2012 to April 30, 2013, sold livestock products by selling 120 km average monthly 120 km of cattle, chickens, and swine meat to foreign workers in the instant building.

2. Defendant B

(a) No person shall store the livestock products for sale, the expiration date marked on which has passed;

Nevertheless, on April 30, 2013, the Defendant kept 72 km (10 days from the date of manufacture: 10 days from the date of manufacture) in the said F warehouse after the expiration of the distribution period for sale.

(b) Anyone shall meet the distribution deadline, the freezing storage mark, etc. in accordance with the notification determined by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety;
