B From September 23, 2013, a person who works as a general director of Defendant A, a corporation that engages in meat packaging business on the first floor of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Metropolitan Government, as a general director.

(a) Any meat packaging business operator and his/her employees, when conducting business, shall indicate the sanitary processing, packaging, keeping, transport, display, and sale of livestock products as “dispacting” the livestock products whose expiration date has passed and store them by dividing them into a certain area within a refrigerating, freezing, freezing or facility.

2. Defendant A, a Defendant’s employee, violated matters to be observed by business operators, etc. regarding the Defendant’s business as stated in paragraph (1), and stored livestock products with no indication specified in the standard for sale.
