Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on the same year after being sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months.
7.5. The above judgment became final and conclusive, and on May 29, 2013, the judgment became final and conclusive on October 17, 2013.
1. At around 19:00 on July 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) included approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs mixed with water, in the Meetological office located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in the Meetological office (hereinafter referred to as “DE”); (b) included approximately 0.05g of Mepphones (hereinafter referred to as “diphones”) in the mephones and administered them to E; and (c) administered the phiphones in the same way as E.
2. On February 23, 2012, around 23:30, the Defendant used phiphonephones to E in the “E E Plastic” office located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and administered phiphones in the same manner as E, along with the Defendant.
3. On March 2012, the Defendant used philophones to E in the same manner at the same place as in the preceding paragraph at the end of 01:00, and administered philophones in the same way as E.
4. At around 03:00 on March 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.05g of oponon into a five-story guest room located in Gyeonggi-gu G, Gyeonggi-gu G, in a single-use injection device; and (b) dilution with water to administer oponon to E; and (c) administered oponon in the same way as E.
