[Criminal Power] The Defendant, at the Suwon District Court on June 14, 2013, appealed two years after being sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and is still pending in the appellate trial at the Suwon District Court.

1. In March 2012, the Defendant: (a) on the street log in front of the D’s station located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) opened approximately 0.05G psychotropic drugs, and sold the psychotropic drugs, using KRW 100,000,000 for the psychotropic drugs.
2. In March 2012, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s left neck in the middle-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon. The Defendant, on May 2012, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s left neck in the middle-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and administering philophones in a way of injecting them into the Defendant’s bloodline.
5. In August 2012, the Defendant provided G University located near Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.1g of philopon to H free of charge. H with a philopon.
6. In August 2012, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into the toilet of J Hospital located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, and dilution with tap water.
7. On January 25, 2013, the Defendant added approximately 0.03ghon to the J Hospital toilet located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with tap water.
