Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2012, at around 13:00, the Defendant driven C Poter truck while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.190% at the section of about 18km from the 18km to the front road of the Yangsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Yangcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Geumcheon-do.
