A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court on October 17, 2012 and completed the enforcement of the sentence on June 14, 2013, and is not a narcotics handler.

A. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) paid tobacco from the king Seaside of the king Bathing Beach located in the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (b) smoked marijuana by putting the marith in it by putting it into the marium and attaching a fire.

On March 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the above-mentioned manner on the said Lone Star vehicle parked around the construction site of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Songdo Construction Center 33 Dok-dong.

E. At the end of March, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the foregoing manner, which was parked in the vicinity of the construction site of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Songdok Construction 33 treatment Dokdong.

F. At around 20:00 on April 3, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the foregoing manner, which was parked in the vicinity of the construction site of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Songdo Construction & Transportation 33, Yeonsu-dong.

3. Cannabis.
