A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2002, the Defendant failed to operate a business and received a demand for severe damage from creditors. On the other hand, the Defendant forged a certificate of employment and a certificate of income income through the U.S. visa issued by the Defendant’s wife B, which was introduced by the Defendant’s wife B, and had the Defendant receive a U.S. visa using forged documents.

Accordingly, around 13:00 on December 27, 2002, the Defendant forged the Defendant’s passport and resident registration certificate in the name of the company in the name of the head of the Dongjak-gu Tax Office that the Defendant is in the possession of the Defendant in the candd c cand c cand c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c

Then, around 11:00 on January 2, 200, the Defendant met the above “E” in the “H restaurant” located in front of the departure station No. 3 of the Jongno-gu Seoul F subway No. G G, and received a copy of the forged employment certificate and a copy of the income certificate, and submitted the above documents to the U.S. consul at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jongno-gu, 82-14, an interview with the U.S. visa application at the Embassy of the U.S. on the same day at around 13:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, has forged a certificate of employment, which is a private document related to fact verification, and a certificate of income which is an official document, and submitted it to the U.S. consul who is unaware of the fact.
