Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:50 on April 26, 2010, the Defendant driven approximately 500 meters of B carren vehicles from the home fluor around the home fluor in Ansan-si to the front of the Seoul Arts Center in the same area, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.207% of blood alcohol level.
