Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2012, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven C vehicle in the state of blood alcohol concentration of about 100 meters at around 22:40 on the same day from the parking lot of the Gandong Arts Center at the Government-Si of Gyeonggi-do to the front of the Gandong Arts Center at around 22:40 on the same day.
