Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.157% on blood alcohol level, driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 700 meters from the street in the vicinity of the Home Pung-dong located in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si to the street in the same Dong from the Home Pung-dong located in the Dong.
